Everything - quiet, close to beach and facilities and very clean, everything we needed for our stay - just wish we had been able to stay longer - good communication- great to have onsite parking too

Location, quirky features, good value
Only feedback is outside area needs more privacy as fence has holes in it and blinds don’t cover all of windows so very light early when nice weather.

It was exceptionally clean.
The location is very good - easy walks (or bus) into St Ives or short walk down to the bay.
The directions were clear.
It was not private with a lane running within feet of the hut and only a lattice as a "fence". With the adjoining houses we felt that we were in a bit of a goldfish bowl.
We have a fairly large car and parking it was not easy down the narrow lane next to the hut.
