The property is perfect, very clean, well maintained, kitchen is fully equipped, the host is also very responsive and kind. Feels like home. All worth the money.
The tenants on the upper floor was making loud noises on the floor waking us up early morning. The apartment is on 3rd floor, you might want to consider if you have an elderly person or with heavy luggage.

Rustige locatie in de buurt van winkels en restaurants.
Beide appartementen moeten nog worden afgewerkt, sommige zaken zijn niet vastgemaakt of staan los, zoals vaatwasser en oven. Als je de deur openmaakt schiet de rest mee naaar voren. Nog een beetje aandacht hiervoor. Airco van de grote kamer werkt niet naar behoren, bij warme dagen is het bijna niet te doen. Er mogen wat meer glazen etc erbij, zo op het oog lijkt het netjes maar het mag wat schoner. We hadden het gevoel dat het allemaal in de haast was gedaan. Trappen erg nauw, met koffers een uitdaging.

The apartment was comfortable with good facilities in the kitchen. The space was very good and the level of cleanliness was great. Nice location with so many restaurants nearby and metro is just 3 mins away. It was a nice place to relax with no noise across the day.
Old entrance with narrow stairs No elevator and we need to take our luggages 3 floors up Need more facilities in the bathrooms

I liked the space in the rooms, the location.
there's no elevator and it's on 2nd floor, stairs are really narrow, AC it's not strong enough, due to some local fair the loud, live music didn't let us sleep for 2 days, the entrance is dark and lugubrious.
