Great communication and follow up.
9 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026
It is spacious, comfortable and with great balcony.
The only issue was with clogged shower, other than that everything was great.
6 / 10Average·Sep 2026
Excellent location near the metro and shops, easy walking distance to Plaza de España where you can get the tourist buses and airport buses. Kitchen had all necessary items, plenty of bedding & towels. Staff were friendly and responsive. We had a top floor property so the lift was very welcome, good views over the neighbourhood
We had no power on the first night and the fridge was broken - both things were fixed eventually but it did take a few hours. Some areas in the property were a bit worn out and could do with fixing (light sockets/tiling etc.)
