Comfortable stay

The room is spacious and the bed very comfy. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. They've asked me everyday if my room needed cleaning. The location of the homestay is very central. Close to the shops, beach and gyms. And they have the cutest cats.

The shower is not consistent.

Suitable for a quick overnighter in Canggu

Walkable distance to the beach (or a quick scooter ride), set back a little from the main road so little traffic noise, AC worked well. Separate luggage area which is convenient if travelling with someone else (gives you more space).

The bathroom was very dirty/old condition — I dealt with it as I was only staying for a night and leaving early the next day.

Repeatedly come back to The Uma

I always stay here when I come to canggu. It’s a great budget friendly space with cold A/C, good wifi, a communal kitchen, room cleaning if you request it, a nice pool and I love the location to be able to walk to some restaurants and shops and easy to get a gojek to other parts of canggu. Staff is friendly and great too. I don’t spend much time in my room in canggu and prefer to be out and about so this is the perfect comfy simple home to come back to after days adventuring.

Lovely room- super modern and bed was very comfortable. Very spacious and good value for money.

Good location Lovely outdoor area with swimming pool and bean bags to chill which was really well maintained Theres a fridge in the garden where you can take beers / water and pay at the end of your stay which was a nice addition Rooms were comfortable and clean Towels provided and new fresh ones a couple days after Wanted to stay longer but we had to move on to the next place!

Only thing is the bin wasnt emptied during our stay - thats it

Loves the staff, the room and the pool. Was in a great location not far from the beach walking or bike renting if your confident with that sort of thing. Food all around is perfect and few small rooms in proximity. They do have a kitchen to cook for yourself and couple loungers to relax on in the day

Simple room in the center on Canggu

Fantastic value for money. The location is great, you’re in the heart of Canggu. The bed is comfortable, AC is there to cool the room, you have shelves to put your stuff. The pool is a day savior. Very nice & refreshing.

The bathroom smelled of mold, so you want to spend there as little time as possible. If there’s a party outside even earplugs won’t save you.

Mediocre place, central location.

The owner was very friendly upon check-in. Location is central.

It was very noisy, as all rooms are next to each other and facing the "common area". I had to sleep with earplugs, 'cause nobody makes sure that after a certain hour there is no noise. The bathroom mat looked really dirty, the sink is tiny so you can barely wash your hands. I showered in my flipflops, because it didn't look too clean. In the kitchen there was barely anything - like 2 plates and just 1 knife, no spoons... I wouldn't say you can really use it for anything.

Great place to stay in Canggu

Quiet peaceful location. Brilliant staff, friendly and helpful. Great facilities (swimming pool/garden, kitchen with fridge for cooking and free water). Bed was very clean and changed daily. Room size was great with a lot of storage, a/c worked really well!

Bathroom could have done with a once over (wasn't dirty but not clean either). But for the price and location it was great.

Superb

The mattress was the comfiest mattress we had slept on entire stay in Bali, lovely fresh sheets! Very chilled atmosphere, staff was so lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble! Location was about 20 min walk to the beach. Staff tidied our room most days which was a lovely touch. We also loved the pool for days we just wanted to chill

Nice and helpful staff. Good restaurants and bars around. Not far from the beach. Quite clean room, hot water and good shower. Swimming pool in the hotel garden. Kitchen with drink water and heater.
