I cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough. My two teenage daughters stayed here for four nights on their very first trip abroad without me, and from the moment they arrived, I felt completely reassured. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The continental breakfast was fresh and enjoyable every morning, and the location is simply excellent. It is in a safe area with shops, restaurants, and other local amenities all within easy walking distance. The beach is nearby, and many attractions, including the fireworks festival, can be reached on foot, making it an ideal place to stay. What truly made this guesthouse exceptional was the owner. He went above and beyond to ensure my daughters were safe and comfortable throughout their stay. Before they arrived, he checked on their travel arrangements and made sure they could get safely between the airport and the guesthouse. During their stay, he kept me updated, letting me know they had arrived, had breakfast, and were doing well. On the days they were out sightseeing, he even kindly messaged me to let me know they had returned safely in the evening. As a mother, this meant the world to me. His kindness, care, and genuine concern gave me complete peace of mind. He also shared positive feedback about my daughters’ behaviour, which I greatly appreciated. This was much more than just accommodation—it felt like my daughters were being looked after by someone who genuinely cared about their wellbeing and safety. We are extremely grateful for such wonderful hospitality.

Lovely location and the staff were fantastic and very welcoming. The room cleaning service was excellent, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. There was a wide variety of choices on the menu, and everything looked lovely. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

I only had one issue during my stay, which was the bathroom shower. The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower properly, and there appeared to be mildew on the shower’s rubber seal. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable.

The hotel is very walkable to everything. There is a pool but it is very small.

There was constant noise in the hallway. The cleaning staff shows up at 7 a.m and is talking and then you can hear every person going in and out of their doors like it is next to you. I didn't know the window only opened onto an area with AC. The room was pretty small. The thing that bothered me the most was that I bought a bottle of water from a male staff member and he overcharged me but I felt a bit scared and didn't question him. It was not a good feeling. Also I bought a simple ham toast and a beverage and it was over five euros but the next day it was less than less close by so they are overcharging on food also. For a solo female traveler, there is a general unfriendly feeling to the men who are sitting around, unsure if they work there or not.
