Luxury travelers pay 10 k more and go for the next category of hotel.

Good à la carte food. Basics like AC, food, hygiene were covered during the stay. Good greenery at the property.

Way over priced. Don’t get the luxury you pay for. The rooms were probably good at one point of time- now need proper maintenance and refurbishment . Staff needs to be more accommodating for checkout time for couples travelling with an infant .

the way to the property was very bad. it is located in a very bad outskirts of town.

the pool and bathroom and bed the chef and restaurant staff was good.

very very very expensive menu. you are expected to not bring food and drinks from outside and the food at the property is 3 times higher than other 5 star resorts. you are expected to pay too much for food. hi tea was not served at our villa and when we told the staff member they rudely told us that you didn’t answer your phone we paid almost 18,000 and expected a good response from the staff members at reception in the night of 14 October was rude. there was no buffet breakfast. the security guard was also not welcoming.

Misses on the experience of Luxury

Helpful staff. Excellent food, quality and taste for in room dining.

Misses on the unified experience of quality present in a luxury resort. 1. Ask for a person to park car. It wasn't part of service 2. Table missing in the TV area 3. Ask for newspaper in the morning. Preference should have been noted at the time of check-in. 4. One bathrobe was available for 2 guests 5. TV in the toilet area did not work. Hooks to hang lowers are missing in toilet area 6. Had to ask for 20% discount on F,&B. Offer from booking.com was not translated automatically to Buena Vista. 7. Approach road to Buena Vista is in a mess 8. The small statuettes around the pool and the entrance in white do not gel with the architecture and theme of the resort. 9. Take a re-look at signage. Is there an arrow required which marks Nolita Sky bar on the building. 10. Absence of Coffee maker in Aurora which gives an option of latte, cappuccino, espresso The management needs to take a look at competition in the same price bracket and see what is it they are doing different.

The Best Private Pool Private Experience

Honestly the photos don’t do justice to this property. It is a beautiful hotel, spread over huge acres of land and the villa’s are just out of this world. A big enough private pool (for 2), a phenomenal room with world class amenities and ample privacy. You honestly couldn’t ask for more.

I think the wifi could have been better. Not possible to work from your villa.
