We booked 2 rooms, the double room with a balcony was definitely much better than the twin room without a view. We liked the view and that we had our own shower in each room. Location was great, very close to the gorge and the kids enjoyed the adventurous secret garden in the backyard. Breakfast was good and we were offered a welcome mint tea.
Lots of flies when eating and in the room but that's because of the environment it is in amongst lots of animals. This meant that there was also sometimes a smell. We didn't like sharing the toilet but it was clean.

Lovely place and super kind people at the Secret Garden and the village as a whole. Always felt welcomed, always felt safe, and always felt like getting to have genuine conversations.

It’s a good location for climbing The climbing guide we booked through them was really lovely & great with the kids The walks around the property are enchanting for children
The entrance is very dodgy at night Sadly the owner that everyone raves about was away, so we had a very below par experience on arrival Bedrooms are fine but our bathroom was very mouldy Breakfast was ok
