The location, the view!

Great location to walk to Todra Gorge (about a 5 minute walk away!). Abdul and his wife were very welcoming and eager to make our stay a good one. Dinner (tagine) was delicious. Palmery view was very nice. It was very cold so we didn't use the terrace but the views from that were lovely. Bathroom (retro fitted, ensuite) was perfectly fine but basic and a bit tight for space. But all clean and perfectly fine for a night or 2. You park in a shared car park about 100m from the property which was fine.
Knees hitting wall when you are on the loo (and I'm 5''2) but it was a minor thing in an otherwise very good value place to stay.

Excellent location close to the gorge, nice terrace on top of the building with a good view over the palmary. Breakfast and evening meal were OK
The guesthouse is some way from the road, and you need to negotiate a few mud and manure paths to get to it. Luckily a local kindly took me from the road to the door, without which it would have been a little tricky to find. There was off street parking back on the road ( not specifically for this guesthouse), nothing happened to the car during my stay - even though it was in a public non secured area.
I found the toilet difficult to use - you needed to straddle it like getting on a horse - as there was a wall just 9 inches in front of the seat! - very odd and poorly thought out design - effectively, the bathroom was a corridor
