Nice surroundings, terrace, view from terrace onto the mountains. Size of the room is fine for 4 people. Hot water is there, just need to wait longer. Very nice breakfast. The soap available. Staff was very kind and helpful. We had a heater in the room.
The mattresses of beds were kind a weird - very hard and rounded.
And it took a while for us to find the source of weird smell in the bathroom. I hope they will not put those naftalin balls in there anymore. I guess they are there according to hotel's cleaning policies, but many people might not like the smell. It may mislead some people.

good location
extremely slow tedious checkin after arriving at 10:30pm after a 10 hour drive. heating didn’t work so the rooms were freezing. occasional limited hot water. dinner was terrible and the price was constantly being negotiated to squeeze as much money out of us as possible (but better food and better prices at restaurants in Todra and tinghir). the only bad coffee I had in all of Morocco. no glass windows so it’s either dark or freezing cold if you want to see the views.
