The contact person was amazing! Very helpful and prompt, also very kind to drive us to the train station which is close by. We had non stop AC and everything was in working order.
The bed I slept on (one of the double beds) was uncomfortable

The facility was very good with a nice location if you are visiting Gardaland
64 euro aditional tax for towels and linens. It is very disapointing It looks like a scam for me. I know it is mentioned somewhere somehow, but should be included in the prize. Soon hosts like those will start charging us additional costs for beds, sink, a toilet bow, e.t.c
