Il Cascinale is a small brand new residence surrounded by greenery, near the beach of Pacengo and Lazise, very quiet with swimming pool and private and common green area. Close to Gardaland thermal baths and amusement parks, Safari park, Caneva World etc. The apartment is furnished with quality furniture and with great care, combining the modern with the family's antique furniture and equipped with every comfort. Surrounded by greenery and quiet but very close to the lake, the Thermal Park and Gardaland. Shared swimming pool of 14mt h 1.4 and small private garden in front and in the back, the patio equipped for dining. The mattresses are high quality orthopedic made in Italy, the sofa has a 160x200 bed with a very comfortable 20cm high mattress to ensure excellent rest. The kitchen complete with induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave. Available everything needed for cooking (oil, salt, spices) and all cleaning products. Iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner available in the cellar). Available 2 deck chairs and 2 pool beds, umbrellas. Sheets and towels included in the price. No. 1 dog max 10kg allowed with price supplement. READ THE HOUSE RULES , TOURIST TAX 0.50e/day, under 14 years not required, to be paid upon arrival in cash. FREE BABY COTS AND HIGH CHAIR ON REQUEST Charcoal BBQ must be left clean.

The property is beautifully furnished and very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was a great addition, given many are closed at this time of year. Sabrina was a fantastic host. She met us at the property and was very helpful and easily contactable if needed. She also left us some lovely Easter goodies. Property quiet and well situated for trips around the lake as well as to Verona and Venice.

This was our first visit to Sebrina apartment and it will not be our last. Sabrina/host is very helpful and also available if needed. We are a family of 4 (2 kids - 9 & 11 year old), the apartment is ideal with 2 good sized bedrooms, large lounge/open plan kitchen and huge patio with private garden ... with access to lovely communal gardens & swimming pool. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need (all cooking utensils + coffee machine). Sabrina has put a lot of thought into the furniture with a mix of modern contemporary and classic Italian furniture - makes you feel very comfortable. The location is also perfect with easy access to local restaurants and Cola, Lazise, Lake Garda and Aquapark/Gardaland:) .
