A perfect stay

The location of the flat is just perfect for exploring the Centro storico and the city of Genova and as well if you want to travel to outside of it. The flat is very very clean and you have everything what is needed for a nice stay. Absolutely worth the price. Signora Krystina and Signor Francesco are very kind persons really. We will come again

Location is perfect. Port is amazing. Host was so nice and friendly ❤️ we where with a baby and there was even bed for baby made. Absolutely good evening. Even coffee and day plan for best things to see in Genova.

Parking is little bit challenging with kids. Its 10-15 minutes walking from apartment (private).

Well-equipped kitchen with great view

We stayed 7 nights in this apartment and enjoyed the harbour view the most. Well-equipped kitchen and a big supermarket across the street guarantee proper cooking at home. Plenty of soaps and towels, shower is great. Good Wifi and AC. Lots of privacy with good windows blocking the highway noise. Location is fine, 10min walk to Piazza Principe Station, 20min to old town or 3-4min to metro/busstop. Cleanliness and space matched pictures.

Pillows are very thick. No kitchen knife and microwave. Check the temperature of the fridge before you put vegetables in, otherwise the food might be frozen.

Hosts were friendly & helpful

Even though the apartment was reasonably clean, I didn't feel comfortable with the furnishings. Bedlinen was old & stains on the bed cover. Hard Pillows - changed the pillow & found pillow protector also had stains. Couch had a very old cover. In general the bed & couch were not my idea of comfort and there was a dirty looking rug in the bathroom which needs to be dumped. Bad location for tourists - there was a supermarket but no nice choice of restaurants unless you go into the city centre. And it was so noisy - next to the highway with traffic & sirens going all night. Definitely won't be going back & won't recommend!!

A great appartment with a breathtaking view

A great appartment with a breathtaking view It is very big, clean and cosy. It is close to the town centre, you can walk there. The host (or to be precise his dad) was very nice, very easy to talk to, he gave us all the information we needed. If we ever come back to Genova, we will know where to stay.

Just perfect

I liked the fact that what you see in the pictures is what you find,you have a washing machine,iron,blow dryer,oven ,stove and a very huge fridge.The view is indeed spectacular, living room very spacious, bedroom not that big but you don't need bigger as the bed is a king size one and very comfortable,i woke up fully rested ,bathroom clean not that big but good arranged with enough drawers for everything you need to put inside. Internet works perfect not one single problem, and as for the hosts i can only say that they were so welcoming and nice ready to give you every information you need,and also the communication until we arrived was perfect.Worth the money and you couldn't ask for more.Would definitely stay there again.

Genova d'inverno.

Appartamento al 6° piano arredato con cura e provvisto di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevolissimo con vista spettacolare sul porto, il centro storico e l'acquario sono raggiungibili con una passeggiata di 15 minuti ( per chi non avesse voglia di camminare ci sono bus e metro a 100 metri da casa), solitamente si possono trovare posti auto gratuiti in zona ma visto l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, il mio consiglio è quello di utilizzare il parcheggio sicuro che la struttura può fornire (siamo sempre in zona porto). Un ringraziamento particolare ai gestori per la loro completa disponibilità e cortesia.

شقة في الدور السادس جيدة لقضاء يوم مكونه من صالة مع مطبخ وغرفة نوم وحمام شرحه بعض الشي وإطلالتها على الميناء جميله صاحب الشقة فرانكو ودود جدا وصاحب أخلاق جيدة غير عنصري وكذلك زوجته

تحتاج إلى نظافة الأرضية والحمام وكذلك مفاتيح الإضاءة والافياش المناشف تحتاج إلى تغيير

Schönes sauberes Appartement, alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht. Sehr nette hilfreiche Gastgeber, jeder Zeit sofort erreichbar. Wir haben sehr viele Tipps und Unterstützung bekommen. Schlüsselübergabe war direkt vor Ort unkompliziert erledigt Der Hafen/Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 15 min erreichbar, Buse in unmittelbare Nähe.

Das Auto steht nicht direkt vom Haus, aber wer hat das schon in italienischen Städten :)) der Parkplatz ist auf jedem Fall vorhanden, in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar
