A/C not working and sleeping with 28degC in the room is unacceptable for the price

A/C not working, sleeping at 28 degC for 270 euro a night is unacceptable. Staff said “they were sorry” and did not do anything else

Fabulous - a great find.

We arrived late due to traffic difficulties but the staff on duty were very helpful and hit us settled very quickly. The restaurant was lively and had a great choice of food - although mostly meat based. Lots of local pasta and wines. Room was spacious and comfortable with a number of nice touches. Will definitely return.

We had a charming and large room with nice bathroom and shower in an old farm house very well renovated, the restaurant was good, nice garden, friendly staff. There are some vegan options for dinner.

Fabulous

What a great little find! Booked last minute and got last room and the receptionist was apologising as it was literally in front of the reception desk. No need room was more than adequate. This is something different than the boring hotels I sometimes have to stay in. Fabulous old building with lots of history with huge ceilings , beams and brick floors. Very clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant was excellent so no need to go out!! Will re-book again shortly.

Restaurant and pool were superb although the loud music at the pool meant that it was not that relaxing. The mill and products for sale were excellent.

La location notevole ( già nota), il personale gentilissimo; colazione spettacolare ( ottima la frutta fresca e i frutti di bosco) con bella varietà di dolce, salato ( buonissimo il prosciutto crudo di tipo toscano, salato)

La festa e la musica a bordo piscina, fino a tarda ora , con impossibilità a riposare; inaccettabile. Una struttura di questo tipo deve decidere se privilegiare i clienti che vi alloggiano o i festaioli / nottambuli.

purtroppo era rimasta solo una camera al pian terreno che se da una parte era comoda per piscina e ristorante, dall'altra era molto piccola e non era possibile regolare l'aria condizionata. meno male che in dotazione alla camera c'era una coperta che ho potuto usare per dormire tranquillo.tornerò per provare un'altra camera.

La possibilità di usufruire (a pagamento) della piscina altromare e di avere accanto casa spadoni dove si mangia divinamente

Poca trasparenza in fase di prenotazione sulla piscina: leggendo le recensioni passate ho chiesto espressamente di prenotare la piscina per sabato e il suol costo non é proprio a buon mercato per chi alloggia nel weend (quasi 40 euro la giornata da aggiungere al prezzo della camera). Personale in locanda praticamente assente, ci siamo rivolti al ristorante come indicato e siamo stati trattati un po' così dall'uomo dietro il bancone. Mancavano gli omini in camera per appendere i vestiti.

Leuk verblijf in Faenza!

Nette accommodatie, mooie kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Gezellig groot zwembad overdag, met een leuke bar. Wordt veel georganiseerd. Tijdens het weekend dat wij er waren werd er bij het zwembad veel georganiseerd (elke avond iets), waaronder echt een groot feest. Aan de ene kant leuk, maar je moet er ook maar net van houden. De onduidelijkheid voor ons over extra kosten voor het gebruik van het zwembad in het weekend werd erg netjes opgelost door de accommodatie.

We hebben de muziek ook wel wat gehoord tijdens de nacht (vervolgens ramen dicht gegaan en toen ging het wel). Daarnaast had het voor mij duidelijker mogen zijn dat er extra kosten voor het zwembad in het weekend zijn en hoe hoog die kosten zijn. Vooral van de kosten op zondag schrokken we best wel. Mijn tip voor de accommodatie zou zijn om aan de foto’s van de kamer het kostenoverzicht voor het zwembad toe te voegen, dat maakt het heel overzichtelijk hoe hoe de extra kosten zijn.

Was er al eerder omdat het zo fijn is en op de route ligt ging ik terug. Alles prima, mocht vroeg inchecken. Airco heerlijk in de snikhitte. Goed bed, goed restaurant en prachtige bijzondere plek. Winkel met eigen producten voor de verkoop. Lief personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt alles vers. Mooie tuin. Da ritornare!

Niks in het hotel zelf. Er is een zwemparadijsje naastgelegen op het terrein met bar en ligbedden tegen betaling. Openbaar. Dat is jammer dat je daar als gast van het hotel ook voor moet betalen. Men werkt met toegangskaarten, zou mooi zijn dat je als hotelgast ook even zou kunnen induiken. De prijslijst ligt in de kamers.

Con tutta la famiglia abbiamo fatto un bellissimo soggiorno e con mio grande piacere ho potuto intrattenermi con Damiani ( il pugile) che si è dimostrato estremamente socievole e di grande compagnia. Stanze ben arredate e grandissime nel complesso un fine settimana bellissimo. Dimenticavo che il costo è stato molto basso considerato il luogo e i servizi a disposizione. Eccellenza.

Stupenda locanda d'altri tempi.

Bellissima la struttura. Un giardino stupendo, con una piscina , che purtroppo non ho avuto tempo di utilizzare. All'interno del bar, la zona shop, con le farine e svariati prodotti. Cenato al ristorante, tutto squisito; pasta e tortelli freschi da loro prodotti in giornata. Colazione ricca, che si adatta a tutti i palati. Dolci e torte fatti in casa❤️. Camere spaziose e particolari nell'arredamento, con cura dei dettagli. Di sicuro ci tornerò. Consigliato👍🏼

sconsigliato a chi vuole riposare tranquillo. la musica di un evento, che si teneva al ristorante della struttura, era molto alta ed è andata avanti ben oltre mezzanotte, rendendo praticamente impossibile dormire. per quanto pagato mi aspettavo un po' più di attenzione al cliente della locanda
