This was not a B&B - no breakfast is provided. Instead it was self catering, all in one room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well installed. Plenty of Yorkshire tea bags. The owner was a nice friendly chap, with a friendly black cat.
Could not open the sash window. The mini fridge had a strange smell about it, when you opened it's door.
A desk was provided, but the surface was consumed by the mini fridge and oven, and there was no desk chair - this meant you could not sit at the desk to do any work, or use a computer. Despite the decent sized radiator, the floor was cold, which meant I had to place something under my feet to keep warm.

Quiet, clean spacious room with ensuite shower. Safe parking. Bernie was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Oven and fridge. Lovely meal and ambience in Bryntirion pub closeby.
Difficult to find in dark without any signs. Quite a convoluted route through gate, farm buildings and abandoned cars.
Despite radiator on high all day and night, the room was cold.
