Best cheap stay within walking distance to town. big bed, clean room/bathroom, desk for laptop, fast internet, walking distance to food, coffee, laundry and anything else you need. would stay again.
no natural light, could hear noise from the hallway (not during sleeping hrs), hot water takes a while to come through. all common in vietnam.

Location is great
I booked a double room but it was not available when I came, I have to stay in triple room with no choice and our host was not happy with us because it should be more expensive. But is it our fault?
