Excellent location Amazing owner

The location is great. Close to everything and easy to reach with the 01X bus from the airport. The apartment is big, clean and also has an elevator, which is great since it’s on the 5th floor. There’s also a washing machine! The bed in the bedroom is good as well, and there’s loads of storage. Nikos was great when communicating and helped us with an early check-in!

The sofa (which is supposed to be a sofa bed) isn’t very comfortable. The apartment would be great for 2 people but not 4. Also, the WiFi is very slow and comes and goes - I was working remotely and couldn’t take calls even after restarting the router multiple times.

Spacious apartment, clean, responsive owner, location is also okay. Almost no noise.

There is no free parking available for the apartment. Only paid parking options nearby, which are small and usually full. Depending on the season, you may find parking 7–10 minutes away. The average cost is around €25 per 24 hours. The right balcony door does not lock properly. There is a noticeable damp smell throughout the building, including the entrance and the apartment. (It goes away if you keep the windows open) The coffee machine does not use capsules; it works with ground/filter coffee only. The bathroom ceiling is quite low, so taller guests may need to bend while showering. Mobile phone signal is weak, and the Wi-Fi connection in the bedroom is almost nonexistent. Some appliances are quite worn out, especially the air conditioner in the living room and the hairdryer. (If you have long or thick hair that takes longer to dry, I would recommend bringing your own hairdryer.) Please also note that the building is old, and the elevator is very small and outdated - suitable for a maximum of two people without much luggage.

A real crowded downtown apartment, I recommended it for young people. The owner was very helpful. The location of the apartement is excellent 100 meters from the beach promenade.

There is no parking anywhere, we spent a lot of time constantly moving our car around. Parking garages are very expensive and are closed on weekends.
