This is a charming little guest house just off the Via Francigena. She offers a simple delicious breakfast and a fairly expansive breakfast for a modest additional charge, which is extremely helpful as there’s nothing else around! The rooms in the house are comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend to anyone walking the Francigena.
Unsurprisingly, the WiFi does not work well or even at all, but who cares? It’s a great little place in the middle of nowhere!

Spacious room with en-suite bathroom. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Owner went out of her way to provide dinner, breakfast and a takeaway lunch.

A pleasant stay for one night in the tiny house /caravan on the farm property. Our hostess was very nice, and allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the published time. Because we arrived on foot, walking the Via Francigena, we didn't have options for dinner, our hostess provided a simple meal. The breakfast included fresh cherries from the farm and better than usual french breakfast, including yogurt and cheese. The bed was quite comfortable, and a great place to hear the rain on the roof.
I think the price is a bit high for the location and amenities. I'd have been extremely happy with the stay, if the nightly rate and dinner price had been a bit lower. It's just a little bit rustic for this price.
