The B&B is in the heart of bologna near the university. If you like that busyness, you will love it there and you can get around. it is very handy.

For us, it was a little too busy, although the B&B itself was quiet and comfortable. We had the room with a private bath and that is the best to have. I don’t think I would like to share a bathroom with the other two rooms. They offered Coffee and some packaged pastries, but otherwise you had to get your own breakfast and they had a refrigerator if you needed to use it. It’s of course in the old part of Bologna and they did an excellent job of turning it into a B&B with what they had, but there are some things about it that are inconvenient because of that., But not enough to make it a difficult stay

Clean, warm and great location with good proximity via walking. There are lots of really great restaurants that don’t break the bank within walking distance. The bathroom for some of the rooms in this property is shared but it is very clean so I had no problem whatsoever. We were there in winter and the building had great heating so when we arrived home we were always cosy!

The location was perfect and felt very safe, with a well-secured entrance. Check-in and check-out were done remotely, which was incredibly convenient, especially since we arrived at midnight. We stayed in the Blue Room, which was beautiful. The high, sky-blue ceiling made me so happy, especially since it was my birthday. The room was spotless, and there were plenty of snacks, plus coffee and tea available. Our host was wonderful,so understanding and helpful. She even helped us call a taxi. The whole house felt cozy and welcoming, almost like being at home. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Bologna!

Nice big room beautiful vaulted ceiling. Bathroom clean with a good shower. Host very helpful easy to contact over whatsapp.
