Villa Rubicon Playa

La casa es excelente, con todo lo necesario en cuanto a instalaciones. La terraza y la piscina privada son un punto muy a favor y el agua caliente salía instantáneamente.

Por poner alguna pega, las almohadas no eran especialmente cómodas y tampoco había ni gel ni champú.

Location is great for a nice walk into the centre, and also really close to the bus stop and supermarket. Great place to stay, very clean, lots of crockery. Host easily contactable and very attentive when needed. Shutters on all the windows so stays lovely and cool through the day.

Unfortunately we had constant issues with the hot water system while we there and had no hot water for most of the stay. Although the host had someone attend the issue very quickly (less than 1 hour) - it only allowed us one shower before stopping again, and we had to call out again the next day. Again one shower and then off again. The last night I didn't bother getting in touch again and just had a cold shower. In peak season it would probably be welcome but not in December. The system is clearly brand new, the host was very apologetic but for over 100e a night, it was disappointing. Could do with some cushions for the sun loungers too!

Nos facilitaron mucho todo, tanto la propietaria como quien gestiona el alojamiento. Encantados repetiríamos.

Que no había cosas básicas: sal, aceite, shampoo, esponjas, papel de cocina...

When we arrived we had no water and the pool was dirty, water was sorted after a few hours but unfortunately went off again on the 3rd out of 5 days and couldn’t be sorted until a few hours before we left because the water heater had burst and couldn’t be replaced as it was on a Sunday, pool was cleaned on 2nd day but filter and pump weren’t left on and we never felt confident it was clean, 3 adults staying and if we’d had grandchildren with us we wouldn’t have let them in the pool . In fairness to the owners agent she did what she could .
