Fantastic location, responsive host, clean, and comfortable, but no toiletries

Located right next to town and close to the bus station and gondola. Owner was very responsive with my inquiries. Easy to pick up the key 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Comfortable for our family of four. Parking right outside our door.

Great location 2BR with some misses on service

Very convenient to Cortina’s pedestrian core Free parking Innkeeper let us check in early and provided a helpful guide to the area Reasonably roomy main bedroom with blackout shutters

Lots of little, easily fixed things made the stay more taxing than necessary * Most annoying: having to call at arrival to get full street address, meaning we drove around aimlessly looking for the building until we pulled over to call. What if you don’t have local cell service? Lots of other guests have complained about this but nothing has changed * Weird key management system: key just left on the front window sill. Why not buy a $20 lockbox like every other innkeeper does and then you don’t have to hide the building location until the last minute? * Front door locks automatically when you close it, so god help you if you go outside without the key. * Inadequate explanations for how things work. The fridge was turned off — this was not disclosed - so our food got warm for hours until we noticed the fridge was off. * The WiFi router was battery powered and not turned on or plugged in, so we had to figure out how to turn it on, and then how to plug it in. Why? Worst of all, the charging cable was plugged into a switch- controlled outlet so when we turned off the lights at night, charging stopped and the router died. Again, why? At the least, why not explain all this, and do so in German and English for non-Italian guests. * Decor looked like 1940s granny style, with some “Silence of the Lambs” wall art. A really minor refresh would help. See photo * Kitchen offered no coffee or tea so we had to buy everything for a short term stay

La localisation est top pour aller en ville à pied

Je trouve cela un peu dommage de payer 2750 euros pour les 8 nuits de ne pas avoir au minimum un gel douche. Par contre on a eu une tonne de papier toilette...ce qu'un autre client n'a pas eu a priori... L'appartement est défraichi et mérite une bonne rénovation Il n'y a aucun volets dans la petite chambre, ni même de rideaux occultants une machine a laver et un lave vaiselles seraient bien ! et un etendoir aussi... ! celui sur le balcon n'est clairement pas suffisant (on peut y mettre 10 habits seulement)

Muito caro para um apartamento bem velho e desgastado Cozinha velha e mal cuidada. Sem elevador. Endereço errado no booking.com. O endereço te leva a um estacionamento distante da propriedade. Depois você precisa ser guiado pelo proprietário por videoconferência até uma agência imobiliária, aguardar meia hora ser atendido, para finalmente receber a chave e o endereço correto da propriedade.

Noite perfeita!

Localização perfeita. Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas pela localização, ainda foi possível passear pelo centrinho, jantar na cidade, tirar fotos maravilhosas da cidade e das montanhas ao redor. A casa é muito aconchegante. Para dormir é puro silêncio. Recomendo!
