Sentimos falta de ar condicionado na Sala. Havia somente no Quarto.

It’s a simple, clean and well located place. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped but when I asked for a cutting knife and a coffee machine I got it immediately.It is perfectly located if you want to explore Sfakia‘s restaurants and the hikes in the area.

There is a busy street right in front of the bed room and the balcony is not shaded during the whole day and there is only AC in the bedroom.

We were here for a total of 4 days. Unfortunately, no hot water has flowed for the last two days. Maybe it was because more guests came to the neighboring apartment, but it's not something you want after you are salty from the sea. Unfortunately we do not have the best experience with our host Manolis. Before arrival, we agreed through messages that we would come to a nearby cafe where he would take us and hand over the apartment to us. When we arrived at the cafe, the host just got up from the sofa, looked at us, sat down again and sent his friend with us. When the apartment was handed over, no conditions were communicated to us or they were not posted anywhere in the apartment. When we took a towel to the sea for one day, we received an arrogant and unfriendly email. We did not feel welcome in the apartment afterwards, which significantly spoiled the impression of the accommodation.
