The location is amazing and the car park just down the road worked perfectly for us as we were out and about during the day. The view from the back of the house is beautiful, we enjoyed how tranquil it was. We enjoyed seeing Harrogate, Bolton Abbey and the RHS gardens nearby.
As other people have mentioned, the mattresses could really do with being replaced, they have definitely past their best and are now quite uncomfortable. In addition to this, it feels that the property could do with a good deep clean, it needs some tlc.

Location and views are superb. Hosts were friendly and communicated well with great useful local tips.
Shower very low pressure and didn't get warm enough.
