The view over the river was so relaxing. Variety of wild life and birds amazing. Just a short walk to the town centre.
No immediate parking, but made clear when booking. Managed ok

The front bedroom is not well insulated against constant traffic noise.
Some people may find it difficult to sleep , the noise levels are quite high and traffic is constant, even at night.
The plug in the bathroom didnt work (not a rubber one which we could have purchased ourselves) so no bathing.
The shower only produced a dribble of water , difficult to get properly clean.The water was leaking out of the side of the shower head resulting in only a dribble coming out of the shower head.
I always appreciate a few tea bags and some mi!k after a long journey, low cost but highly appreciated by users of holiday lets.

Everything about the cottage was amazing. It was clean, comfortable and very convenient for shops, pubs and restaurants. Parking was a bit of an issue but we knew that when we booked. Our hosts also gave us several options for parking which was very useful. Our only issue was with the shower which was very poor however, the view from the living room and bedroom was really amazing. We would loved to have taken it home with us. Thankyou for a lovely short break which we would love to repeat.
