L'Eric ha estat molt amable i atent en tot moment i ens ha facilitat molt les coses. En definitiva, un molt bon amfitrió.
En primer lloc, l'apartament és massa petit i incòmode per a quatre persones. Feia una olor una mica desagradable i era massa fosc. Per altra banda, tot i que és molt cèntric i està ben ubicat, les finestres no tanquen gaire bé i a les nits se sent molt soroll.
