We booked quite late cause our plans changed and we needed a last minute accommodation. Richi was very helpful from the very first minute and provided us all the information how to get to his apartment. He explained us everything, there was coffee and tea. And Richi knows good places where to eat and drink!
The facility of the apartment is quite simpel but it serves it's purpose.

we arrived much earlier than expected and there was no problem picking up the keys. Richi was very helpful and explained and recommended several things in Verona, very easy to communicate with him. the apartment was spacious and very clean.
if you are moving by bus or cab it would be better to find something more central as the buses do not run that late and as we were 5 it was difficult to find a cab from certain hours of the night

Richi is perfect host. Apartmant is better than you can see on the photo. It is clean, nice, cosy... I arrive very late with my family and the market been closed but in Richi's apartmant we had food, coffe, Milk... everything what you need. Richi give us a map of the city and explain where to park a car and where to go. Apartmant has a private parking! Well done, Richi!!!
