Localização boa, apesar de um pouco distante a pé do centro principal. Bairro seguro e tranquilo, com comércios próximos. Anfitrião bem amigável, nos mostrou toda a acomodação, nos deu dicas sobre a região, onde comer, tomar café. Possui sauna e ducha comunitária para os aptos. Possui vaga na porta para o carro e o anfitrião foi bem solicito até encontrarmos o prédio pois o waze nos mandou para outra rua.
A janela e "varanda" da para a lateral do prédio, então um local público e aberto, apesar de seguro fica um pouco ruim de deixar aberto. O chuveiro começava a ficar frio a partir do banho da 3a pessoa, estávamos em 4. Parece que o boiler tem uma capacidade que não é tão grande.

Grès bel et confortable appartement. Accueil très sympathique avec des informations claires et très complètes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le sauna et les équipements.
