We felt welcome from the very first moment. Francesco kindly let us check in much earlier, which was a huge help. He was incredibly friendly, respectful, and genuinely caring. Francesco is one of the kindest people we’ve met on our travels. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

The location of the villa is incredible - situated in the Puglia countryside, it is quiet and totally relaxing. Perfect for a walk through the countryside but only 15-20 minutes away from Monopoli and big supermarkets and everything you’d need. The swimming pool is absolutely fantastic - the best that we have had during any stay in similar accommodation. The gardens have fresh vegetables. The villa itself is a little tired but the bathroom is brand new, the bedroom is comfortable and there is a nice terrace which is shaded and ideal for lunch and evening meals. The host is also absolutely fantastic - very attentive and communicative. This made a huge difference and everything was really simple and straightforward.

The villa itself is a little tired - the kitchen has everything you need but it is old fashioned. There isn’t really a seating area in the property but that’s irrelevant when the weather is so good you can just sit round the pool!
