About this villa rental
Ideal for families, even with pets, and for holidays of more than a few days, Trullimara is not a holiday house or a b&b, but a real home.
Consisting of 3 trulli plus 2 more stone rooms, it can be used all year
round due to the presence of radiators and fireplace and is completely independent and fenced. Created during the 1800s, it was completely restructured in 2017. Located on a slight hill (350 masl), near the Valle d'Itria and the beaches of Monopoli-Capitolo, between the Municipalities of Castellana Grotte, Alberobello and Monopoli, Trullimara is equipped with independent parking for two cars, autonomous services, hot water even at exterior, electric driveway gate with remote control, manual pedestrian gate, intercom.
Outside, in a space of about 1500 square meters, there is a large stone and wood gazebo with a large iron and solid wood table and wooden chairs, the stone staircase to access the terrace (from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding countryside), stone shower (with hot water), stone worktop, with washing machine, barbecue and sink (with hot water), an area equipped for hanging laundry, relaxation areas with
umbrellas, a lawned garden, cobblestone gardens, flower beds with succulent plants, Mediterranean bushes, fruit trees and, above all, olive trees. There is access for bicycles if needed. Availability for kids of a small play house and a small play table with chairs.
Inside there are: -2 bedrooms (one double), each with wardrobe, drawers and shoe cabinets; -a dining room with fireplace (working) and wooden table with chairs, a sideboard and another piece of furniture; - the built-in kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove and electric oven; -the bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. The bedrooms and the bathroom have a lockable wooden door. All rooms are equipped with radiator and window, the latter with mosquito nets, dark, opening with flap and railing. Armored entrance door with iron door with mosquito net. Availability for infants of a camping coat, a pram and a transportable car seat.

Très beau trullo restauré , très bien équipé, avec un jardin superbe , très bien éclairé la nuit.
Terrasse très ombragée, douche extérieure, barbecue
Accueil des plus charmants du propriétaire (corbeille de fruits / bières/ eau / jus de fuit dans le frigo) .
Un excellent séjour dans cette campagne calme, entourée d'oliviers et de trulli, à 15 minutes d'Alberobello et des grottes

Completely equiped trulli and friendly host and hostess made our stay pleasant. We enjoyed time in the quite and beautiful garden and the diversity of touristic spots in the surrounding.

Il trullo ubicato in campagna è stato ristrutturato con cura e rispetto delle tradizioni.
Si trova in una posizione strategica rispetto a tutte le località interessanti della zona.
I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili e li ringraziamo per la bella vacanza.

Siamo stati solo 2 notti ma i trulli di Mara e Vittorio possiamo dire sono bellissimi, un posto in piena natura ma vicino al paese di castellana grotte, a 15 minuti da monopoli e 20 da polignano a mare , senza dimenticare Alberobello che è a 10 minuti.oltre la vicinanza di posti stupendi il trullo ha tutto come descritto e l accoglienza dei proprietari non può essere delle migliori, una vacanza bellissima per la nostra famiglia, i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo sia in casa che fuori nel giardino tutto recintato e anche il nostro cane ha apprezzato.
Grazie mille ai proprietari ci piacerebbe tornare presto.
