Niako was a very responsive host and the apartment was as close to the beach as advertised. The balcony was lovely and large enough to dine on. The decor inside was very tasteful and made the most of the limited space. The aircon was very efficient too. The two double beds were comfortable and we managed to squeeze three adults and one teenager (who towers over the grown-ups) into them.
The apartment is not a one-bedroom as described but rather a studio without a separate bedroom. As a family with teenagers with later waking times and different body clocks we typically avoid sleeping in the same room. Still for the cost we can’t complain too much.

Very close to the beach. Quiet place. Very comfortable apartment with modern furniture and artistic design. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels, sheets and blankets.
Road noise and parking space was an issue.
