This apartment is excellent in every way and is located in a modern building directly facing the sea. It is on the 10th floor (Apartment 29) and offers a stunning panoramic sea view that makes you feel as if you are right above the water. One of its unique features is its proximity to the airport runway. You can watch aircraft take off and land and capture amazing photos directly from the apartment without even leaving the room. It is only about 2 km from the airport entrance and approximately 700 meters from the runway. The location is outstanding, with many supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies within walking distance, all in a modern and vibrant neighborhood. The apartment is exceptionally clean, well organized, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and all essential cooking utensils. It is also an excellent choice for Arab travelers, as it includes a handheld bidet spray, an independent air-conditioning unit, and a dedicated water heater—features that are not always available in many accommodations. The owner is extremely kind, professional, easy to communicate with, and speaks English fluently, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment, especially for Arab travelers looking for a prime location, breathtaking sea views, and a comfortable, well-equipped stay.

An amazing view and balcony overlooking the black sea- exactly as documented. Exceptionally clean. A great place to unwind and spend hours on the balcony with some wine or beer. Good distance to restaurants and bars and easy for walks along the promenade. Would love to stay again.

Очень классная квартира, вид, балкон, все просто супер. Хозяев очень доброжелательные, чисто, есть стиральная машинка. Очень классный фен, у меня длинные волосы и всегда есть проблемы с отельными фенами так как очень плохо сушат, а здесь просто восторг. Комплекс где расположены апартаменты просто шикарный. Я очень рада что выбрали именно вас, приедем ещё не раз.
