Comfortable stay in modern new building at great location. Tornike and his assistants are very helpful and nice. Clean cozy place, well equipped kitchen, including big fridge. To see gorgeous sea sunset just step out of the door, literally. Enjoying walks by the sea coast is also all there, boulevard is long and new. Beach is clean. Video surveillance after parking. Note for winter travelers: there is no central heating unit in the building, in cold season you get warm using air-conditioning in the apartment. It works fine. Hot water is available by using electric boiler, which needs some waiting time to provide the hot water when you switch it on upon your arrival, it takes 1.5-2 hours. After that period of time the supply of hot water is constant.
