The apartment is situated in the modern (ugly) part of town but in walking distance (10 minutes or so) of the old town. There was a problem with the WiFi at some point. When I contacted the owner about it, it was dealt with promptly although it was 10.00 PM. We stayed a week and in the middle our sheets and towels were changed.
The fridge is old and the cover of the freezer compartment keeps coming off, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. You cannot really cook there as there is not enough cutlery etc. The apartment is small and not well insulated (you hear the neighbours talk).
