Ms. Rowena is incredibly friendly and welcoming! The hostel has its own cafe with very affordable drink prices. I also love their rule about leaving shoes on the first floor in the provided cubbies. Guests change into socks before taking the elevator to the upper floors, which is a fantastic rule that other hostels should adopt to keep the building clean. Plus, the location is quiet, very convenient, and close to a subway station!
It would be even better if inside slippers were provided for each guest to wear alongside their socks. Also, a big sign outside the building that clearly says "Tokyo Tower View Guest House" would be nicer, making it easier to spot once exiting the station. But nevertheless, the stay was great and I highly recommend it!

Practical Good location
Some beds right in front of the sink/toilet (even though not mine), it can be very noisy and uncomfortable. I would definitely not enjoy it if it was my bed there. Also the early check-in and luggage storage rules and prices were a bit too much and greedy but overall fine.
