It's a small hotel tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. A great choice if you wanted somewhere quiet.
Meals included were also tasty. A great selection of drinks and amenities in the room.
I was initially given a room in the basement... I'd probably live with if if my stay was just for 1 night but I was staying for 4 nights... In the end, I managed to upgrade to another room at an extra cost.

Rooms had so many lovely small touches and thoughtful amenities - staff were extremely friendly and attentive- room service was delicious & Kaiseke breakfast was lovely
Located in a quieter area which may be a positive for some. Was well connected with a short walk to nearest station

A lovely room with attached sauna. Clean, good size and excellent toiletries. Good location near Tokyo Tower.
Could do with instructions for air con in English
