Location of the apartment is amazing, as it's very close to the Kensington Gardens and two underground stations, in the nice, safe area of London. The place itself is quite small but has the necessary amenities. We had a good time in the apartment.
Unfortunately we had some troubles with check in, as the keys weren't in the locker, and I had to call Houst (which manages the apartment). Due to some issue we could check in about 2 hours after stated time, but our stay got extended so it's okay. To access the bed in the apartment you have to climb the ladder which can be troublesome for some people, the barrier blocking you from falling from the bad is also quite low. The windows in the apartment were broken and we were asked not to open them, so it was quite hot. The cleanliness could be a little better.
