Excellent apartment in central Biella Italy

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. It is in a central position, just off the main square, with plenty of shops to buy groceries and cafe, restaurants to eat. The building is clean, secure and well maintained. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you would need for a short or extended stay.

Brilliant apartment in a central area of Biella, very good facilities and warm. We would stay here again as it was so good. Particularly liked the little extras and the attention to detail. Comfortable bed and very usable kitchen.

a nice place with good restaurants nearby

The location was nice, very close to some good restaurants and a supermarket. The rooms were very clean, and even though there was no airco, using fans we got the rooms quite cold. The owner came to pick us up in their car when we walked to the wrong side of the city, that was very kind!

The address in booking.con was wrong. The owner told us that they tried to change it multiple times with no success.

First time in Italy and Biella for medical purposes, spot on

We stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The apartment is clean, comfortable, nice and has a good central location. I was staying in a hospital but my husband with two kids was able to make food for them in the kitchen which was fully equipped, the bathroom was clean and light, the bedroom which had an air ventilator was very handy too, as the weather was very hot. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and obviously the standard precautions as closing the windows and balcony door must be taken if you are travelling with children. What I liked is that there is an ironing board/washing machine and the iron, which we used as well. Finally, this apartment would not have been as great without its great hosts as Signora Claudia and her husband. They kindly waited for us to arrive to the accommodation very late in the evening. Thank you very much.

Ottima posizione nel centro della città e casa ben fornita di tutto il necessario! Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Ampio parcheggio pubblico molto vicino all'ingresso della casa e ottimi locali nei dintorni.

Gestori supergentili, appartamento spazioso in posizione ottima, grande disponilbilità di parcheggio attorno alla struttura. Posizionato sopra un focacceria dove abbiamo fatto ottime colazioni. Volendo c'è l'uso di cucina.

L'unico piccolo neo la mancanza di aria condizionata, ma probabilmente a Biella sarebbe superflua

Sijainti oli erinomainen ja hienoa, että oli pesukone.

Tiedoissa luvattiin, että huoneistossa on ilmastointi, mutta eipä ollut, vaan ainoastaan tuuletin, josta ei ollut helteessä juurikaan hyötyä. Makuuhuonetta ei mitenkään saanut viileäksi. Keittiössä oli huonosti veitsiä ja likainen leikkuulauta. Keittiössä ei myöskään ollut taejoiluastioita, kuten salaattikulhoa.
