Just about everything really. The location was excellent. Very central on a lovely long street with plenty of interesting shops and with Bolhoa Metro Station a minute away. Fantastic indoor Market next to the Station, fresh produce of all kinds, wonderful dining opportunities and there was a Cultural event on while we were there which we took part in. As other people have mentioned, the Apartment is on a busy, popular street yet the Apartment was so quiet and peaceful. Back to the property itself - Spotless, really well equipped with everything you might need for your stay, air con (definitely needed this while we were there, it was hot!!), great shower and I slept on the Sofa Bed which was made up on our arrival and was really comfortable. It also felt safe and secure. Would I stay here again? For sure!

Nothing to dislike

Great directions for accessing the bedroom with terrace. (I always worry when it is a self check-in, but this was smooth and easy.) Host was quick to respond to questions, and gave great advice on where to leave a car (along with a parking coupon). The terrace didn't have a view, but it was lovely at night for relaxing. Inside, the soundproofing was very good, as was the air conditioning. Nice to have a fridge and coffee maker, etc. Very comfortable for a couple. Liked being in the center of things.

The location is perfect! Room was set up for our baby with the high chair and crib ready to go. Very friendly staff place was easy to access any time of the day

It was difficult controlling the hot and cold water of shower. Not sure if there was someone using shower on the same time I had shower, the water suddenly goes cold and hot. And the drain in shower room works very slow so I have to wait for the water to drain in order to not to be overflowing.

The location is perfect, very centric and the apartment looks recently refurbished. It looks modern and it was clean. The host contacted me via WhatsApp with all the information and instructions on how to do the check in and check out. So that was smooth.

The bed is small (130cm), which is OK for two smaller people, but if you are a higher person it’s very difficult to fit in. The mattress is the only really bad thing about this property, but also the most important one. It is really really old and uncomfortable. We could feel every spring of it and we couldn’t really rest well at all. The pillows could also be of a better quality. This could be bearable if you stay there for 1 night, but we had to be there for 5 nights for business and this really influenced our stay and overall satisfaction with this place. When you enter in such a nice apartment you kind of expect to find a good bed too, so if the hosts change it, then it would be a 10/10 place to stay in.
