Very clean and comfortable, amazing location with Metro across the street, supermarket and shopping mall around the corner, great air conditioning, well equipped, allowed us to leave our luggage in the office after checkout
Not big issues, but be aware of a lot of stairs, and you have to pay extra for a sheet for the sofa bed if you are only 2 people, they expect you to share the bed, but we were able to improvise

Perfect location at the heart of everything. Decorated tastefully with a little gift left by the owners - thank you.
Just be aware that it is on the second floor (no lift) so if you have a big case it’s quite strenuous!

Great location and staff were very accommodating in letting us in room early and leaving luggage at their reception on our last day
The toilet in one of our rooms was broken but staff done their best to try and fix. Unfortunately an engineer was needed and they do not work over a weekend in Porto so we had a temporary fix until a the Monday. But staff kept us informed of progress.
