The property was very very clean, and super comfortable, I have no complaints

The location is absolutely perfect. And the apartment was very quiet, especially with windows closed - we were facing the courtyard which was not a problem for us. The apartment is quite large, so there is space to lay out the suitcases and move around. The cleaniness was good. The apartment is well decorated. The washer in the apartment was a life saver, as we needed to wash some clothes. There were only 2 washing capsules though. Not enough.

Ok. We paid 185 Euro per night. For this price I have certain expectations. It was the little things that don't work in this apartment. To start with, we got no shower gel in the shower. We only got 2 (TWO) bin liners for our 5 nights stay. TWO! The rules and regulations for the apartment ask you to be mindful about garbage, smells, insects etc. How are we supposed to take garbage out on a regular basis, if we are given TWO bin liners for our whole stay? There are 3 (THREE) large plates in the apartment, and 4 (four) small plates. That's all. There are utensils and cookware, but how are we supposed to live with just 7 plates? We had to manually wash them constantly, for breakfast and evening meal. On top of that we were given 2 (TWO!!!) dishwasher tablets. Are you kidding me? Please don't claim you have a dishwasher in the apartment if guests can't use it. Am I supposed to bring my own dishwasher tablets, plates and bin bags? for 185 Euro per night? We had to wash the dishes by hand and there isn't anywhere to dry them. There is 1 (ONE) dish cloth in the apartment. So, the apartment was not livable from that point of view - if you want to have a comfortable stay you HAVE to have shower gel, dishwasher tablets, garbage liners and enough plates. There were 3 small packets of salt and pepper and some white vinegar too. Bonus! Not to mention that we were charged extra 10 Euro for city tax, for our daughter who is 6.

Tudo fantástico. O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para uns dias no Porto. Fica literalmente no centro e temos tudo à porta incluindo o shopping Via Catarina a 100 metros. Sempre que voltar é aqui que quero ficar.

Na casa de banho os produtos de limpeza, como shampoo e gel de banho e mãos, estavam todos vazios mas a verdade é que não reportei porque levei os meus e estou certa que se o fizesse teriam ido tratar do assunto de imediato.
