В доме были все удобства (микроволновка, фен, стиральная машина, ТВ) все было чисто и уютно. От моря пешком минут 7. Рядом были магазины и кафешки.

Очень большая, комфортная квартира на втором этаже частного 3-этажного дома. Море пространства и места для размещения. Всё необходимое оборудование и оснащение - в наличии. В зависимости от задач и настроения можно менять место сна и приёма пищи (кровати, диван; кухня, столовая, балкон). Несмотря на тупиковое расположение в бывшем пригороде Батуми - довольно удобно добираться до всех основных точек города. Очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный хозяин
Оборудование душа и санузла - немного уставшее. Проживающим надо учитывать, что ночью могут атаковать комары (предусмотреть фумигатор или другие средства защиты)
