Provides full comfort, requirements and all the tools, the cleanliness was the really special thing, the owners were friendly and help you to the fullest, it is great to stay in it again and thank them from the heart

Superb Our stay at Maksim was perfect, it's a super cozy apartment, with all you need, we love to cook, and the kitchen was perfect, also perfect location, 2 big supermarkets, bakery and fresh vegetables market 5 minutes by walk around there, we enjoyed walks to the Boulevard (where is also super close) and Fish Market. The owners was also very helpful Happy with our choose and hope come back soon

The apartment was nice and cozy, great location. Super friendly owner. It’s safe for woman solo traveler.
People lower floor smoking cigarettes too much if you have allergy or you’re not smoking or have kids. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here.
