Clean, highly functional crossover-style property with great local utility. Stayed in the building across from the main hotel location, directly above a 24-hour supermarket. Public areas are massive and clean but sparse and dark after hours. The rooms are the real highlight—super neat, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped with a table, desk, kitchenware, a/c, and a solid bathroom. Dedicated in-room Wi-Fi router gets a proper 20-30 Mbps. Accessibility is decent; there is a lift, though you have to clear two short flights of stairs to reach the reception level where it starts.
The town center is about 4-5 km away, so the location isn't central or scenic, but it is very convenient for essentials. You have two 24/7 shops within a minute's walk, Beer Yard is 2 km down the road for cheap GEL 2 pints, and there is a great bakery nearby making fresh Kakhetian lobiani for GEL 2 twice a day. The balcony looks over a basic neighborhood street but offers great views of the distant snow-capped mountains. Good value for money if you can tolerate the 4-5 km distance to city centre.
