The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a shatafa which was great. The location is very close to the airport which was important to us.

The staff is unbelievably rude. I decided to attribute it to them not speaking english in the beginning but it was beyond that. We asked to extend our stay as our flight was delayed but they said there was no availability even though the room was available on booking. We then asked for late check out and were told to pay 150 lari to check out at 4 pm instead of 12 pm which we agreed to. At 12:25 pm someone called our room yelling at us that we are late even though we already said we will pay for the late checkout. The around 2:30 pm someone opened our door while we were sitting in the room whithout even knocking! During checkout the front desk asked us to wait while they "checked the room" which is not something I have ever heard in any hotel or even guesthouse before but we were waiting for our ride anyways. 5 minutes later the boy at the front desk came down from the room showing me a picture of a bedsheet on his phone claiming one of the bed sheets was missing and accusing us of stealing it! I have never been this disrespected in a hotel before ! My friend went up to the room with him and literally the first bed sheet she touched had another bedsheet falling from it. He then just kept saying it was a mistake but the whole situation was very weird and disrespectful. Even though the room was good I would not recommend it for the poor customer service.
