La ubicacion es buena,la plaza de garaje da mucho juego ya que es difícil aparcar por la zona,el apartamento en si está muy bien salvo el olor que sale al encender el aire acondicionado,el sofá cama también está bastante castigado pero en mi caso para una niña de 7 años sobra....resumiendo todo bien salvo el detalle del aire.
Al encender el Aire acondicionado olía mal,habría que revisar la instalación para resolver el problema.
