Great little find

Great little find, wonderful remote farmhouse, spotless clean. The Hosts are lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Easy location from the autostrada, only 7 minutes to the nearest medieval town where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Plenty of safe parking.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful Italian residence

Conveniently located a couple of minutes from the highway. Pleasant location for an overnight stay when transferring south. Nice staff (owners), but the lack of English makes it difficult to communicate. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the lady of the house. We stayed as a family in the attic which is nicely decorated and comfortably equipped. Would definitely recommend.

None specific, perhaps only the level of English which makes it hard to communicate and bring the message across (that’s not only here to be honest, but more common in certain areas of Italy).

Good place

Very large airy room with super comfortable beds, air conditioning and a great bathroom. The host was willing to serve breakfast at 7am on a bank holiday, which was appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful, bread, cake, toast, jam, yogurt and fresh fruit. Super clean, no complaints, good value for money, pleasant host.

Basic, silent location with friendly owners in the countryside

Super friendly, large room, everything clean, generally silent, comfortable beds. If you're cycling EV5/Via Fragenica or need a stop between the Appenines and the river Po, the location is just fine.

It's a bit out of town: OK to cycle but too far to walk (along a busy street). Breakfast was basic italian (Fine for the price but nothing extraordinary)

A bit far from the Via Francigena for pilgrims on foot.

The owner arranged her car to take me to the town for dinner along with 3 other guests. The rooms were awesome, great amenities, clean comfortable and very friendly owners. Breakfast was very good too.

For a pilgrim on the Via Francigena it's a bit far off the trail along a busy highway. (The fault is mine as I Underestimated the location distance from the city) For a meal you need to go back into town.

Het ligt gelegen op een zeer rustige plek, niemand is je tot last.

De douchekop mag wel een keer veranderd worden, die is minder fijn. Je kan er prima douchen, maar de stralen gaan alle kanten op waardoor het douchen niet lekker is.

Bella struttura in mezzo al verde

Personale gentilissimo, casolare bello e tenuto bene ma abbastanza lontano dal paese. Stanza molto curata e calda, pulizia perfetta, lenzuole a sciugamani perfetti.

Letto matrimoniale con materasso un pò troppo morbido, colazione troppo minimal, chiedere cosa si desidera è corretto per evitare sprechi ma credo che cereali, frutta, cioccolata da spalmare, pane... Siano elementi da proporre.

La location è molto tranquilla e rilassante, tutto pulito e ben curato. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Inoltre, c’è la possibilità di mangiare in loco su prenotazione, cosa che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e interessante.

Charmantes altes Gebäude nahe der Autobahn, perfekt für unseren Zwischenhalt. 7 km davon liegt das schöne Dorf Castell Arquata für ein Abendessen zb. Sehr nette Gastgeber

Casa de campo ideal para estancias de paso, hacer noche y continuar. Desayuno muy bueno, excelente y cálida atención de sus dueños, muy limpio .

Aunque a mi no me molesto, La decoración de la habitación era extraña, ecléctica, multicolor. No se puede utilizar la cocina. Aunque tenía una pequeña nevera en la habitación.

Arrêt idéal sur la route des vacances

Besoin de vous arrêter pour une nuit sur la route de départ ou retour de vacances? C’est l’adresse rêvée: un logement confortable (deux grandes chambres) dans un endroit calme, des hôtes extrêmement accueillants, un bon petit-déjeuner. Très beau village à quelques kilomètres, avec un excellent restaurant (notre hôte a réussi à nous obtenir une table à la dernière minute). Et pour couronner le tout, on est reparti avec un sac rempli de produits du champ voisin! Je ne pense pas avoir été aussi bien accueilli lors d’un voyage!

Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft

Die Gastgeber sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kamen erst spät nachts, was kein Problem darstellte. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr idyllisch auf dem Land und bietet sich aufgrund der Nähe zur Autobahn auch zur Übernachtung auf der Durchreise an. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt und alles war frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Die Unterkunft in der schönen Villa ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

Bella esperienza

Il B&B si trova in un'ottima posizione per visitare le valli piacentine e alcuni splendidi borghi medievali. E' vicino alle strade, ma in un ambiente di campagna silenzioso. Ho trovato ben l'edificio ben curato e arredato con un certo gusto dai padroni di casa, che sono stati ospitali e discreti. Molto ampia la camera, comodo il letto, varia e abbondante la colazione.

Il y a bien mieux ailleurs

Une belle demeure au calme et dans la nature

L'accueil fut cordial sans présentation ce que nous pouvions utiliser ou pas. Petite chambre sans climatisation, par météo caniculaire avec notre bébé de 6 mois mais juste un ventilateur. Petit déjeuner minimaliste sans partie salé (juste des biscottes, un croissant avec de la confiture, et un yaourt). Prix bien excessif pour les prestations proposées. De loin notre pire expérience au long de notre roadtrip de 2 semaines en Italie du nord.
