Upon arrival, we were greeted by Portia who was friendly and helpful. The staff were knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area.
The facilities were excellent, we couldn't use any due to poor weather. The breakfast was really good. We had a starter, main and a cup cake to finish off our meal.
The Superior room was spacious and had many amenities.
Natasha and the other massage therapist were amazing when we got our sessions.
Not critical however shower area needs an extractor fan. Trimming of some branches to get a better view of the dam from some communal areas. Include another 2 massage therapists as a couple were late which pushed our timeslot back by 35mins.

Exellent location, with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the amazing breakfast and the staff were very friendly. The beds were clean and comfortable and the whole place had a "Bali" feel and look. I enjoyed the smart TV. We enjoyed staying there.
We would have loved a little bit more furniture in the room, like bedside tables. And maybe more milk for our two cups needed waking up in the morning. We wake early, so its a long wait for the 08:30 breakfast.

In a convenient location.
Security is inefficient making coming in and out quite a frustrating process. Unit was a little bit outdated. Fridge had a sour smell when opened. Kitchenette was not equipped with a sink for guests to wash own dishes.
