The location, room, the owners, cleanliness, good WiFi, clean kitchen. Great view
The toilet bin was not empty, bedsheets had a smell and stains in the inside. Wardrobe no longer white inside but brown.

The room had no balcony, on the website it showed that it has balcony, bathroom was smelling bad, found make up on cupboards, towel too dry, had to fix curtain cz it was broken
