Location was perfect for our stay as the metro and the Sete Rios bus station is within easy walking distance. There are many superb local cafes (a cafe is below the building for morning/afternoon eats/drinks) and restaurants around the locality. A supermarket is opposite the building to shop for essentials if required.
Cleaning and provision for the clothes washing machine are provided by the host.
All-in-all a perfect home away from home.
There is no dishwasher in the apartment. The bathroom exhaust needs to be fixed.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro station and a nearby supermarket.
The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it the perfect choice for our stay.
The apartment is located under a flight path, so airplane noise could be heard often, along with some sounds from nearby construction during the week. The building’s structure also allowed the noise from the hallway and elevator to carry into the apartment. While it didn’t affect our experience significantly, it’s something to keep in mind.

Clean with good sized rooms. We liked the location, it’s close to supermarket, cafes, bus, train and Metro stations but away from the main tourist areas. All the main tourist areas can easily be accessed by Metro.
Only one pillow which was too small and soft for me . A couple of spare pillows would have been great. Bed was ok if you like soft beds.

Location was good
The host was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Rude and asked me for an apology for situation that was not even on me. She kept talking about emails that she said I didn’t respond to and I most certainly did. I think the communication between her and someone else needs some improvement.
