About this apartment rental
Apartment in the best area of Lisbon, the famous Avenidas Novas, very central and away from the confusion of the old and tourist center (10 minutes by metro) next to the famous Calloust Gulbenkian museum and the big shopping center el Corte Inglés. Metro five minutes walk, station S. Sebastião, with the possibility of taking the blue line that in direct line and in 10 minutes will only take you to the old and tourist center of Lisbon, or the red line that has direct access to the Airport and the Expo zone.
This apartment is very spacious with lots of natural light and a luxurious and practical decoration at the same time.
It is inserted, together with other 2 tourist apartments, one bigger and one smaller, in a building with elevator totally refurbished last year.
Supermarket, car park and Rent a car right on the doorstep, many restaurants, hairdressers, pharmacy, hospital and various commerce in the area.
All apartments have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi in all areas.
This apartment has 2 suites and a third bedroom continue to the living room which closes with modern sliding doors.
It has a third bathroom to support this room, totaling 3 bathrooms, all of them with modern showers.
Large living room with a TV area and dining area.
Fully equipped kitchen. Nespresso coffee machine.
Small balcony where you can smoke or have a good wine or the famous Port wine with the wonderful view of the Gulbenkian gardens.

This is apartment is well located, with a good market and cafes within a block. The Gulbenkian garden is across the street. There is transportation close. It is spacious and well firnished. The kitchen had all I needed. Plenty of closet space. The only possible downside is the planes coming over.

This was our second time being here. We love the location being near a metro stop, has a parking garage with Telepark providing reasonable rates, the spaciousness of the apartment allows you to unwind, the kitchen appliances and laundry machines are nice bonus. The property management is very responsive to your needs if you have any. We find the grocery store next door to be very convenient for a lot of your needs and a local restaurant next to the store had wonderful food. Highly recommend this place!

The property location is convenient to shops, groceries, restaurants, parks and Metro line. Property Management was readily available and responsive. The space itself is beautiful and well appointed. This was my second time in the complex.

Overall the property was ok. Only complaints were they only give you one towel per person, kitchen is not really fully equipped for cooking real meals. Owner/manager was ok but kind of talked down to us and made us feel like we were imposing on their home even though it is clearly just a rental property.
