This fantastic apartment is located in the completely renovated República 37 building, situated on Avenida Novas, having won three categories of the National Urban Rehabilitation Prize: Residential Project, Work in Lisbon and Structural Rehabilitation. Project by the renowned architect Francisco Valsassina. On the ground floor of the building there is an excellent café for breakfast and light meals, as well as a fine dining restaurant.
In the apartment you will find:
- Double rooms with queen size bed.
- Third bedroom with two single beds.
- Cotton sheets, towels.
- Blackouts to sleep in darkness, if you like
- Two full WCs and a guest toilet.
- Very comfortable and bright living / dining room.

The apartment was perfect for our need. Very comfortable with plenty of amenities. It was close to everything. There was parking on site that was a life saver in a busy city with minimal parking available. The local host was amazing, very knowledgable, he took his time explaining everything and was available when needed. He responded to and addressed a broken shower head/wand in the 2nd bathroom and it was repaired with in the hour. I would definitely recommend this property and we would stay in the same place on our next trip to Lisbon.

Everything was great. Place was clean, very roomy, and easy to access. The host was very helpful and responsive before we got there and throughout the stay.

A great apt in a great location! The host was outstanding, and made it possible for our kids and grandkids to check in before us since their flight was so much earlier! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this VRBO. It was comfortable and the location was great. The Ferris Family

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-decorated, and the location was excellent—close to everything we needed. It was perfect for a family stay, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended
