Marble Home - São Sebastião

만족스러운 아파트입니다. 아파트 시설이 매우 현대적이고 침대도 편안하고 취사기구도 매우 좋습니다. 위치도 관광지에 있는 건 아니지만 관광지까지 접근이 매우 편리하고 주변에 슈퍼마켓, 큰 백화점이 있어서 생활하기가 매우 좋습니다. 예전에 리스본 관광지에서 숙박한 적도 있는데 좀 시끄러웠습니다. 이곳은 매우 조용하고 밤에 쉬기 좋습니다. 집주인은 매우 친절하고 early-check in을 해주었습니다. 리스본에서 이 아파트 보다 더 좋은 아파트를 같은 비용으로 구하기는 힘들것으로 생각됩니다. 리스본에 다시오게 되면 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소입니다.

크게 불편한 것은 아니었지만 샤워기의 수압이 좀 낮았습니다. 물이 튀지 않게 하기 위해서 일부로 낮춰 놓은 것 같은데 조금 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 그릇들은 많은데 국을 담아 먹을 만한 그릇이 없더라고요... 스프를 담아먹을 수 있는 그릇은 많아서 문화적인 차이 같기는 합니다. 아마 유럽쪽 숙박객들은 불편하지 않을거예요.. ^ ^

What’s not to like? Great location, not only to the metro but also to El Corte Inglês, which is a pretty good mall, walking distance to Parque Eduardo Vll and Marques Pombal of course and last but not least, the owners, we didn’t get the chance to meet Manuel, but we met Antonio and he was just amazing. When we were scrolling through booking.com and we came across this property, it said something along the lines of it’s rare that it’s available coz it’s usually booked out and having stayed there, I agree why it’s almost never available, so anyone wishing to visit Lisbon, i highly recommend you stay at marble home.

This is our second time in this apartment. It is spacious and comfortable, clean, you have everything you need there. Quiet street near el Corte Ingles, with lots of restaurant and coffee shops around

Everything is good

Location - close to parks, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping center, museums, a lot to do in the neighborhood. Cafe next door serve very good coffee and toast as breakfast. Metro station for blue and red line is within in 100 meters, plus bus stations, very convenient with public transportation. Spacious and well equipped apartment - we stayed a couple of weeks and have got all we need for prepare simple meals, laundry, etc.

Minor things: 1. There is some mold along the line between bath tab and the wall. 2. Apartment facing east, nearly no sunlight into it, which is a plus in warm seasons. We used the central AC system to heat up and it was effective. 3. Heating in the bathroom didn’t work. 4. Towels we got for the first week were no so fresh. For the second week, replaced towels were good.
